FAITH | FRIENDSHIP | FUN
We are passionate about inspiring a new generation to love God and each other. Our youth ministry is for teenagers 11-18 years old (years 7-13). We create opportunities for young people to spend time getting to know each other and explore how to live a life centred around Jesus.
Sunday Youth
Sunday mornings are one of the best times of the week! Our youth kick things off by worshipping with the whole church family, then head to their own spaces for games, laughter, and real conversations about Jesus. We’ve got two awesome groups: Breakers for Years 7–9 and Depths for Years 10–13. Every week is a chance to grow, connect, and have fun together — and there’s always room for one more. Just make sure to check in at the main church when you arrive. We can't wait to meet you!
STM Youth nights
On Thursday nights, during term time, we meet in the Upper Hall from 6 - 8pm. This session is all about helping young people deepen their relationship with God and discover who He has made them to be. Each week includes practical Bible teaching, small group conversations, worship and plenty of fun. It is a place to belong, grow and live out faith with others.
Events
We run a variety of exciting events throughout the year for our young people, giving them opportunities to grow in faith, build friendships, and have a lot of fun along the way!
One of our highlights is the Light Party, where we come together to celebrate God's light in the world with games, music, and food-fuelled fun — a great alternative to Halloween that's full of joy and energy.
Each summer, we love going away as a church family to Creation Fest. This is a brilliant time to relax, worship, and enjoy the festival atmosphere together. There's a fantastic programme for children and youth, giving them plenty to get involved in.
We're also excited to be attending Spree South West at the end of June every year with our Years 5–6 and youth (Years 7–13). Spree SW is a weekend festival, packed with outdoor activities, worship, teaching, and loads of fun. It’s a great space for our Year 6s to transition into Youth in a fun and meaningful way.
Another key part of our year is Ignite – our termly worship nights in partnership with churches across Plymouth and South West Youth Ministries. These evenings are a powerful opportunity for young people from all over the city to gather in worship, prayer, and unity.
